Right now, we are searching for a Maintenance and CAD Specialist for our Office in Rudkøbing, Langeland.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for machinery, maintenance, and technical design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an international environment, enjoys managing complex systems, and is committed to ensuring smooth production operations.
We are looking for a Maintenance and CAD Specialist to oversee maintenance planning, equipment documentation, and technical support for our production sites in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Based in Denmark, this role reports to the Regional Plant Manager and requires up to 30 travel days per year. A valid driver’s license is required.
Your Role
You will develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, ensuring CE Marking compliance and managing spare parts inventory. You will also oversee maintenance and calibration vendor agreements, forklift lease agreements, and track equipment status in our EQM spreadsheet. Regular cost reporting and KPI tracking will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support engineering projects, work with AutoCAD for technical designs, and maintain the construction and design database. Collaboration with Production Supervisors will be key to ensuring efficient factory operations.
What We Are Looking For
We seek someone with a vocational background in iron and metal construction, such as an Industrial Technician or Agricultural Machinery Technician, followed by an academy education in machinery and technology. You should have experience in machine building, troubleshooting, and maintenance, along with strong AutoCAD skills. A structured, independent approach and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.
