Job Description:
Are you a problem-solver who likes to fix things? Do you have a service mindset, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn?
LifeX is seeking a new Maintenance Coordinator for our Service Team based in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for the general maintenance of our apartments in Copenhagen, working closely with the rest of our service team.
Some of the tasks you will face
Repairing/replacing a wide range of items around our apartments, from window hooks and lightbulbs to wardrobes
Delivery of various items
Installation/ troubleshooting of wifi routers
Installation of furniture, curtains, lamps, etc.
Communicating updates of maintenance issues with our members via our app
Meeting technicians for appointments
Any other smaller ad hoc tasks surrounding the upkeep of our apartments
Bicycling with cargo bike & e-bike in all weather conditions
Very basic plumbing maintenance, fx. unclogging drains & troubleshooting of washing machines and other appliances (technician skills not required)
About you
You can work independently and proactively, as well as with a team.
You enjoy hands-on work and are a natural problem-solver who likes to learn new things.
Customer service orientated, as you will frequently interact with our members in their homes.
You have a distinct sense of order and responsibility.
Good manual skills as well as being competent with technology
Previous hospitality, building, or facility management experience or education is preferred but not required; being a DIY-er also works.
Have a ‘can do’ attitude combined with a practical approach to tasks at hand
Are a capable bicyclist & preferably have a driver’s license.
High level of English, both spoken and written. Danish skills are a plus but not a necessity.
Already located in the Copenhagen area and have the right to work in Denmark.
