Maintenance Manager

Are you ready to lead a skilled technical team within maintenance and daily support? Do you want to play a key role in driving improvements and optimizing performance of both heavily automated and manual production equipment? Lead maintenance excellence and team development
As Maintenance Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee the daily maintenance operations within our Electricity & PCBA factory. You will lead a dedicated team of Technicians to increase the technical uptime of equipment, ensuring strong delivery performance.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

Ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks

Overseeing root cause analyses for breakdowns and managing spare parts methods and structure

Providing technical support for your team across all running shifts

Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for Operators

In this role, daily sparring with skilled colleagues is a natural part of everyday life. You will have the opportunity to develop professionally and make a significant impact on our production areas in Kamstrup.

Meet your future team
With direct reference to the Factory Manager, Electricity & PCBA, you will be part of the factory’s management team. More specifically, you will manage a team consisting of 14 technicians working across various shifts. The team is responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdowns and technical support across all production lines and equipment to ensure high-quality products and timely delivery. The team is characterized by an informal tone where collaboration is key to ensure the right uptime of our equipment.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who is ready to strengthen the mindset of continuous improvement while driving
team satisfaction. You will achieve this through your technical expertise combined with your people-oriented leadership
style, striving to create the best possible working conditions for your team.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

Have a background within Marine Engineering or similar combined with +3 years of experience from a similar role

Have ability to develop a strong, collaborative team

Possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organization

Are structured and self-driven, focused on an urge to understand how you and your team can influence and improve the overall goals of Kamstrup
