Job Description:
Are you a problem solver who likes to fix things? Do you have a service mindset, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn?
LifeX is seeking a new Maintenance Coordinator for our Service Team based in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for the general maintenance of our apartments in Copenhagen working closely with the rest of our service team.
Some of the tasks you will face
Repairing of various items around our apartments from furniture to windows
Simple troubleshooting of washing machines and other appliances
Installation of furniture, curtains, lamps and more
Installation/ troubleshooting of wifi and related infrastructure
Delivery of various items
Basic plumbing maintenance, fx. unclogging drains
Communicating updates of maintenance issues with our members via our app
Meeting technicians for appointments
Smaller ad hoc tasks surrounding the upkeep of our apartments should also be expected to be solved.
Bicycling with cargo bike & e-bike in all weather conditions
About you
You can work independently and proactively.
You enjoy hands-on work and are a natural problem-solver who likes to learn new things.
Customer service orientated, as you will frequently interact with our members in their homes.
You have a distinct sense of order and responsibility.
Have good manual skills as well as being competent with technology
Previous hospitality, building, or facility management experience or education is preferred but not a requirement.
Have a ‘can do’ attitude combined with a practical approach to tasks at hand
Are a capable bicyclist & preferably have a driver’s license.
High level of English, both spoken and written. Danish skills are a plus but not a necessity.
