Job Description:

In this independent and versatile role, you will be a key player in ensuring that our products are manufactured under the right conditions, in compliance with GMP and GACP standards.

You will be part of a small technical department responsible for providing technical support to production and maintaining production equipment and installations.

You will work primarily on the day shift but should be prepared to participate in on-call duties as needed.

Your main responsibility will be to help ensure optimal production conditions, handle urgent repairs, contribute to the planning and execution of systematic maintenance and help optimizing our production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and inspection of production equipment.

• Technical troubleshooting and repair in case of breakdowns.

• Liaising with external suppliers for spare parts procurement and support.

Your Background:

You have a relevant technical background as an electrician, mechanic, or similar. You have experience working in a production environment with high standards for hygiene and operational conditions, ideally in GMP-regulated production.

You are comfortable documenting your work to meet the required regulatory standards as a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Additionally, you are hands-on and capable of solving practical tasks.

A structured approach to problem-solving is preferred, along with familiarity with problem-solving tools such as Root Cause Analysis.
