We are looking for a motivated Management Assistant to support our Senior Vice President (SVP) in managing business projects, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring the smooth implementation of strategic priorities. In the position of Management Assistant to the SVP, you will be instrumental in aiding the strategic planning and implementation of business projects. You will be involved in analysing business data, preparing insights for decision-making, and ensuring the smooth coordination of key initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve moving projects ahead by overseeing timelines, encouraging collaboration across teams, and addressing any issues that emerge during the process. You will serve as a reliable ally to the SVP, ensuring that priorities are handled efficiently and that business operations function seamlessly.
Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide analytical support to the SVP by gathering and interpreting business data, preparing reports, and delivering insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in planning and executing key business projects by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met. Take ownership of facilitating projects forward and resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Serve as a connection point between the SVP and both internal and external parties, facilitating open communication, alignment on project aims, and efficient teamwork across various teams and departments.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the SVP, including procurement, vendor management, documentation, and transaction coordination. Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and policy compliance to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visas and accommodations, for the SVP and senior staff. Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to promote a collaborative atmosphere.

    On top of that, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Business Administration, economics or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Danish will be additional.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with a team, and complete tasks efficiently.
