This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde and your direct manager will be Executive Vice President, People & Communications Mette Willemoe Wang. In the position as Management Consultant, your main tasks will be structured around the design and implementation of the people and communications strategy moving the P&C agenda forward to the P&C management team and our organization in both Denmark and Poland. Your role is to support the Head of People and Communications in driving the P&C division and designing the People and Communications strategy for BEC in Denmark and Poland in close collaboration with the P&C management team. Your role is also to support the P&C management team in the strategy design and implementation, develop executive memos and presentations, and tactical and operational assistance to support execution and reinforcement. Recommendation for change and advising on additional improvements is also welcomed.

As a Management Consultant, your assignments will be varied with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization. You will have a visible role in P&C and especially the P&C management team - and your work will directly impact success of P&C and thus BEC.

Primary task and responsibilities

In this position, one will have a major impact on setting direction for the division, orchestrating and monitoring the strategic agenda of People & Communications in close collaboration with the P&C management team.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:  

  • Be a trusted sparring partner for our Head of People & Communications
  • Support the management team of P&C
  • Provide executive support, incl. insights, presentations, memos and recurring reporting and facilitation of workshops and driving key people processes
  • Develop and implement strategic P&C projects that are critical to our overall company strategy
  • Prepare proposals for and support the conduct of management meetings, including ensuring progress on decisions
  • Ensure housekeeping and documentation needed for P&C to perform at audits
  • Follow-up and tracking of strategy execution
  • Support P&C in making BEC an even more attractive workplace with strong leadership and market leading finance and tech talents
  • Excel in professional English in writing
  • Master Microsoft office suite and familiar with optimization through AI

  • Great skills in handling stakeholders, including motivating others to pull in a common direction as well as facilitating workshops
  • High level communicator with second to none presentation skills
  • Ability to work proactively, with high drive and ownership, including planning and executing independent project deliveries from start to finish with sparring from colleagues
  • Strong capabilities within writing professional English, memos, power point and other presentation tools and excel
  • Dedication to making your colleagues shine and you see the value in knowledge sharing and sparring
