We are looking for a management consultant for our platform engineering division leadership team responsible for the foundational IT platforms in BEC.
You will report directly to head of the division. You will assist in leading the area and drive the leadership’s team agenda and initiatives.
The position is a unique opportunity for you, who would like to take part in driving a major IT organization with more than 370 IT professionals in Poland and Denmark, business critical platforms and IT solutions for more than 20 banks in Denmark, and part of BEC’s tech transformation.
Your primary task and responsibilities include:
Facilitate the agenda for the leadership team, preparing and follow-up on management meetings, workshops, reviews, etc.
Support the head of division in personal planning – managing his calendar, planning effective meetings etc. and ensure high quality in materials that the head of division must prepare for executive board, board of directors meetings, etc.
Together with the leadership team drive the execution of division’s organizational and transformational activities
Coordinate with managers and employees across BEC to ensure progress on the division’s responsibilities and activities including timely deliveries, quality assurance, etc.
Produce decision-making drafts and clear-cut presentations for the head of division.
Follow-up and tracking of division’s activities, performance and strategy execution
Support the head of division in business travel arrangement and other practical tasks
In addition to providing direct support, you will, in coordination with the other functions across BEC make the head of division well-prepared by planning, coordinating, preparing overviews, memos and presentations, etc.

As a management consultant in Platform Engineering, we expect you to have a strong management and organizational understanding and educational background. Experience with a similar position in a big IT organization or the financial sector is preferred.

Ability to build close collaboration with the divis’ion's development directors and managers as well as other stakeholders
Ability to organize and engage in both organizational and operational dialogues

Great PowerPoint skills where you can convert and present complexity in a simple and easy-understandable way
Strong writing skills in Danish and English (grammatically profound, target-oriented, and clear)
Strong at structuring and formulating management memos
Thriving in a dynamic and high performance environment
Integrity and confidentiality
With colleagues in Denmark and Poland, you must master English and Danish with high proficiency verbally and in writing.
