The position
In your capacity as a Manager of BDIS, the key responsibilities will include:
Furthermore, you are expected to partner with key stakeholders at senior managerial level, to support strategic discussions with financial insights, mainly related to R&D investments, deal assessments (Due Diligence) and deal structure recommendations while leading and motivating a high-performing team.

About the department
BDIS is a part of Novo Nordisk Business Finance and is in charge of providing financial input to various business development/M&A deals, driving insights into resource allocation and productivity for R&D and conducting long-term forecasting, as well as developing and maintaining finance systems used across R&D. In R&ED and BDIS Finance you will be part of a young and ambitious team consisting of around 25 dedicated employees in Denmark and USA, supported by colleagues from Global Business Services in India. Our overall ambition is to create value through Finance Partnering to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid insight of the business in which we operate. To do this, we collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. We invest significant resources in developing our employees through close sparring, frequent feedback and by giving inspiring tasks and a high degree of responsibility.
