The position
As cLEAN and Training manager you will head up a newly established team in DMD Business Support. You will lead, develop, and empower a team consisting of partners, professionals and supporters working in the domains of cLEAN and training.
Your main responsibilities encompass:
Motivating, coaching, leading and setting direction for your team.
Development of the team and team culture
Building and maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Collaborate with your team on translating the overall strategies in your functional areas into plans, targets, and initiatives.
Contribute to the department’s leadership and strategic development.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced colleague with a strong background within lean and/or training, preferably in a pharmaceutical context.
In addition, you:
Have an academic background within a relevant field.
Have performed people management tasks, whether formally or informally.
Have excellent stakeholder management skills.
Have an inspiring and respectful way of communicating.
Are fully proficient in English.
You are a role model for the team and have a talent for empowerment and development of people, creating good relations with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that we succeed together. Finally, you work independently and proactively.
About the Department
Business Support is a department within DMD, consisting of 20 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Strategy deployment, Finance, Lean, Innovation, Training, EHS, and Project & Portfolio Management.
We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds and different levels of experience. At work, although ambitions are high, we try to keep a light and informal tone.
