The position

As a Manager for the new team, you will:

• Hire and develop employees with expertise in finance, supply chain, and business intelligence, building a new team.
• Establish systems, standards, and best practices for the new knowledge areas.
• Define roles and responsibilities within the new knowledge areas and interfaces with production departments and API Business Support.
• Work across the entire CVP area, collaborating with four different production departments, and work closely with CVP and Business Support management to develop Business Support to the next level.
• Set directions, coach, and develop employees, and mature the business support area.

Qualifications

We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• An academic degree in finance, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, combined with experience in these areas.
• Leadership experience, preferably within Business Support.
• Strong understanding and experience working with finance, supply chain, and/or business intelligence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) is an advantage
• Professional proficiency in English and Danish.

As a person, you can work collaboratively across multiple departments in matrix functions. You are comfortable making decisions and being challenged by senior stakeholders. You have a high level of personal integrity and robustness, enabling you to integrate different views in the decision-making process.

About the Department

API Manufacturing 4 is part of API. At our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues working together to manufacture the API used in life-saving medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced chemical and biotechnological processes such as cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We bring value to our patients by providing the cleanest possible high-quality API made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) while constantly optimizing our processes. You will be part of API, M4 Business Support and report to the director of Business Support.
