Shape the Future of AI Strategy and Operating Models

As a Manager within our AI Strategy and Operating Model team, you will lead projects that define and implement Digital and AI strategies and operating models for our clients. We expect you to have project management experience within consulting services and business transformations, preferably with a focus on AI or automation, and to be passionate about making an impact using new technologies to shape businesses and society.

Your role will be to develop frameworks that align AI initiatives with business objectives, identify opportunities for AI and automation to optimise operations and ensure successful adoption and integration of new, innovative technologies. You will provide strategic recommendations addressing organisational challenges to enable scalable and sustainable AI transformations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, engaging with project stakeholders, crafting and delivering compelling proposals and providing guidance as our NewTech practice continues to grow.

Typical tasks include:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies and operating models to support clients' digital transformation journeys.

• Design and implement AI governance structures, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee the integration of IT and AI/RPA/Automation solutions to drive process efficiency and innovation.
• Advise clients on digitalisation strategies with a key focus on AI and automation.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
• Continuous development of our AI Strategy and Operating Model delivery methods on NewTech projects.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects at client sites (you must understand the solutions we work with).

You excel in driving AI strategies and transforming business models

We expect our new team member to have strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience in managing complex projects and teams.  

When selecting the ideal candidate for the position, we strongly value the following criteria:

• 4-7 years of professional work experience (minimum 3 years of consulting), with a strong background in digitalisation, strategy and/or operating models.

Expertise in IT, automation, RPA or AI governance frameworks and a proven track record in developing and implementing IT or AI operating models and strategies.

• Experience with NewTech (RPA, Generative AI, machine learning, chatbots or voicebots, low code, etc.)
• Fluency in English and Danish and a relevant master’s degree with strong academic performance.
