The Position
As the Manager for LCM, you will be first and foremost be responsible for developing your employees, catering to their strengths and opportunities.
You will together with your team ensure timely execution and handling of projects and site transfers in the portfolio. You will actively take part in prioritizing projects against enterprise goals, strategies, and workload/resource allocation, weighing pros and cons to ensure successful project execution. You will drive standardization and optimization of project processes together with our stakeholders to ensure we build for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continue building and developing the team and the team culture.
• Run weekly board meetings with the team, focusing on well-being, workload, ur-gent issues, successes, and learnings.
• Actively prioritize projects against enterprise goals, strategies, and work-load/resource allocation.
• Guide and develop the team on finding solutions, mitigations, compromises, and escalating timely and through the right channels.
• Present, communicate, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Drive standardization and optimization of processes and frameworks within pro-ject execution.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
• 3 years of project management experience combined with 2 years of leadership.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Natural Sciences, combined with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and/or medical devices.
• Fluency in English.
• An understanding of medical devices, design control, moulding/components, as-sembly, submissions, and design/site transfers (nice to have).
As a leader, you are highly motivated with a passion for project management. You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. You have experience presenting to and en-gaging with steering committees and stakeholders of varying complexities.
About the Department
Device Development (DD), part of Finished Product MSAT, holds the design responsibility for Novo Nordisk’s medical devices and delivery systems and is the link between Devel-opment and Production.
In Device Development, the main task is to drive the introduction of new Novo Nordisk products into market while we maintain and continue the development of variants on our marketed device and product platforms. Our deliverables are directly impacting our ca-pability to deliver to markets, entry to new markets, and stay in market. You will be joining the New Production Introduction (NPI) & Life Cycle Management (LCM) department, which is the project and portfolio office of DD and holds the respon-sibility of our NPI and LCM project portfolios.
