The position
As a Manager, you will lead a team of 11 project managers, overseeing a portfolio of projects from 0-500 MDKK within building envelope, HVAC in office buildings, infrastructure, security, and supporting facilities like parking garages and canteens. You will collaborate with operating departments, local service centers, and other relevant departments in Novo Nordisk to ensure successful project design, execution, and handover. Standardizing all project phases and focusing on operational readiness is essential. Additionally, you will drive a professional project management office, ensuring continuous professional development of the project team, and driving talent development and succession.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing stakeholder relations, including providing the CFa Leader team, Site Coordination Forums, and House Owner’s Associations with reliable information and business analyses is a key part of your role.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in a similar position, with ability to mentor and transfer skills to employees to help them in their development.

As a person, you possess strong cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders. Your supplier relationship skills allow you to be constructively demanding of suppliers’ performance. Additionally, you have solid analytical skills, practical experience in analyzing complex topics, and high-level technical and financial knowledge. Finally, your strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, combined with a diplomatic approach, drive successful outcomes.

This position is based in Bagsværd, however, the job involves activities across our Danish sites.
