AJ Vaccines is seeking a Manager for our QA Operations department to lead a team of 18 dedicated Qualified Persons (dQPs) and QA professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless release of vaccine batches, from raw materials to finished products reaching patients globally. 

Your Team and Responsibilities 
At AJ Vaccines, the QA area consists of two functional departments: QA Operations and QA Systems with around 50 dedicated professionals. As the Manager of QA Operations, API and Analyses, you will oversee the team responsible for releasing a diverse portfolio of API and QA professionals responsible for QA for QC and equipment and facilities, respectively. Your role involves close collaboration with production colleagues to ensure quality and compliance, maintaining an oversight of the entire production process. 

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management of the team, ensuring task allocation and prioritization through daily board meetings. 
• Direct leadership of approximately 18 employees, including planning and hosting 1:1 meetings and team meetings. 
• Coordination of the team's deliverables with stakeholders in sales, regulatory affairs, production, and QC. 

Who Are You? 
The ideal candidate could be an experienced Team Lead or Manager with a proven track record in daily team coordination and management. Alternatively, you might be a project leader aspiring to transition into a formal leadership role. Regardless of your current position, you must prioritize people leadership and be an effective team player. Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate openly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and GMP systems according to European and US regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
