The position
We offer an exciting position where you will lead a team of 9 highly skilled scientists, lab techs, and supporting employees.
Your tasks include:
Over the next couple of years, we will expand our R&D lab facilities. The right candidate is expected to take an active part in the expansion project which will include close collaboration with the responsible project manager, engineering partners, architects, as well as alignment internally with employees and management colleagues.
The position has a high stakeholder collaboration across the organization, and you can expect to work closely with the other Research team specialised in organic chemistry and resin development, R&D Manufacturing Development, Sales & Marketing, IT as well as academic partners and CROs.

About the Department
The R&D Research department consists of 3 teams: Two research teams with different scientific competences as well as a project management team. Our strategic focus is on innovative products for API manufacturing in a broad perspective and specifically for the ATMP market. We work closely with R&D Manufacturing Development, Sales & Marketing, and several close collaborators at Novo Nordisk A/S and in academia.
