The position
Our department is growing and therefore we are looking for a Manager. You will lead a team of high-ly competent and experienced Quality professionals and specialists who are working with Quality processes and projects to support our Novo Nordisk Staffs areas, Integrated Quality and Customer Complaints, Audits & Inspections.
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to establish a team comprised of 7-8 individuals, some of whom are already part of the department while others will need to be recruited. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the team possesses the appropriate skills and competencies. Col-laborating closely with our stakeholders will also be a critical aspect of the job, facilitated by our de-partment's emphasis on simplicity in processes and workflow. As a visible leader, you will excel in active listening and grasping the nuances of our operating environment. You will help your team develop by providing guidance and support, and you will promote their growth. You will refer direct-ly to the Director of Digital Health & Staffs Quality.
Your primary location will be Søborg, but you will be required to spend 1-2 days in Bagsværd. Due to the presence of many of our stakeholders in Bagsværd, the team sit there on a weekly basis.

The most important asset that you can bring into this job is a good understanding of leadership and quality. Bringing a strong Quality background to guide in the discussion with the team and stake-holders. Support and develop employees in task handling, communicate to stakeholders and contin-uously improve how we work.

About the department
Today the Digital Health & Staffs Quality (DHSQ) department comprises of 14 highly qualified peo-ple who are responsible for overseeing quality and optimizing processes within Digital Health, Cus-tomer service, Staffs areas, Integrated Quality and Complaints, Audits & Inspections. The department work with many different areas within Novo Nordisk and you thereby get the possibility to have insight across Novo Nordisk on various interfacing processes.
The department is diverse on many levels, backgrounds, knowledge, education, nationality, and competences.
