Manager for the IT Financial Management team at Deloitte

By joining our team, you will contribute to our shared success. You will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. The work you’ll do involves:

• Determining management requirements in relation to ITFM models using the TBM taxonomy
• Planning and executing projects throughout all phases such as analysis, design, build, and implementation in close collaboration with clients and solution providers. Projects may cover improvement initiatives as well as green field implementations
• Facilitating workshops and performing activities within model construction, implementation, educating, training, and test of the users in the processes and systems
• Project management and coordination of teams consisting of both Deloitte, solution provider and client personnel, which place high demands to continuous communication and management of expectations
• Driving business development activities, i.e., preparation of proposals, client meetings, events, seminars and presentations
• Develop Deloitte’s ITFM community i.e., collaboration and knowledge sharing on ITFM best practices with our Nordic colleagues.

In addition to having a sharp mind, we expect that you have the following skills and experience:

• You are a professional with more than 3-5 years of relevant IT Financial Management experience, preferably in a consulting environment
• You have practical experience with one or more of the following phases: Design, build, implement, maintenance, and/or operation of costing models (ABC models, product/service costing, chargeback models, etc.)
• You can convey complex financial data in an easily understandable manner, both in writing and oral presentations in English
• You have solid experience working with multiple data sources and an interest in working with supporting IT tools
• You have comprehensive problem-solving skills and a proven ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to challenge the status quo and drive improvements
• You want to use your in-depth knowledge to help our clients, but also want to invest in the development of your team and demonstrate a strong ability to adapt and learn
• You must have the right to live and work in Denmark.

It will be an advantage to have:

• Experience with TBM, FinOps, and Financing Agile processes
• Experience with SaaS solutions for TBM/cost allocation
• Experience working with finance in an IT environment
• Experience in the consulting industry.
