The Position
As the Manager of Business Finance, you will build a strong network across Novo Nordisk, particularly within Fill & Finish Expansion (FFEx) and Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), fostering an enterprise mindset.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
•    Leading a team of approximately 5 finance professionals based in Lyngby, Denmark.
•    Driving decision-making and business impact through execution and development of best-in-class financial processes and reporting.
•    Ensuring strong resource allocation and development of the FFEx Business Finance functions in line with the Global Finance Strategy.
•    Generating insights and bringing forward recommendations to support senior management decision-making.
•    Managing Anchor Budget (AB), Rolling Estimates (RE), and similar financial planning processes.
 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
•    A master’s degree within finance and a strong financial background across broader financial disciplines.
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills and great personal impact to interact with local and global management.
•    Experience in managing financial planning processes and reporting, with a continuous improvement mindset.
•    A proactive approach to finance partnering and value creation, with a genuine interest in developing employees and teams.
On a personal level, you demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to navigate in a diverse and dynamic stakeholder landscape at all levels in the organisation, including senior leadership.
 

About the Department
Fill & Finish Expansions oversees the largest investment portfolio within Novo Nordisk. The multi-billion DKK investment portfolio is being governed via the central ‘Programme Office’, in which the finance department is anchored. The Programme Office is an international and high-performing organisation, consisting of more than 70 people from approximately 10 countries.
You will be leading a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting to Fill & Finish management and other key stakeholders including Novo Nordisk Corporate functions.
