Kærhuse A/S is on behalf of Guldsmeden Hotels looking for a Manager of Guest Relations & Business Development.
This role has a strong focus on guest relations, internal infrastructure, sales, and marketing. The candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence, particularly in international markets, with a special emphasis on Central Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations:
- Elevate the guest experience by overseeing all aspects of guest relations.
- Ensure that our high standards of service and hospitality are consistently met and exceeded.
- Develop personalized guest programs and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Internal Infrastructure:
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize internal processes and ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency that align with our luxury brand.
- Sales & Franchise Development:
- Drive sales initiatives with a focus on expanding our franchise model.
- Identify and engage potential franchise partners, with a particular emphasis on Central Asia and other strategic markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring adherence to our brand standards.
- Marketing & Strategy:
- Development and execution of marketing strategies, with a focus on international Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with key international stakeholders, particularly within the Central Asian market.
- International Expansion:
- Explore opportunities for collaboration with foreign franchisees, particularly in Central Asia.
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow our presence in target markets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment, with a strong focus on guest relations and business development.
- Business analytics
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies
- Experience working with international markets, with a preference for familiarity with Central Asia.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
