Kærhuse A/S operates as an administrative unit for Guldsmeden Hotels which has hotels in Denmark, Norway, Germany, France and a beautiful resort in Bali.

Guldsmeden Hotels is privately owned by Sandra and Marc Weinert together with their 3 children. They are always open for  the opportunity to expand internationally. 

Kærhuse A/S is on behalf of Guldsmeden Hotels looking for a Manager of Guest Relations & Business Development.

This role has a strong focus on guest relations, internal infrastructure, sales, and marketing. The candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence, particularly in international markets, with a special emphasis on Central Asia.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Relations:
    • Elevate the guest experience by overseeing all aspects of guest relations.
    • Ensure that our high standards of service and hospitality are consistently met and exceeded.
    • Develop personalized guest programs and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Internal Infrastructure:
    • Collaborate with various departments to optimize internal processes and ensure the seamless delivery of services.
    • Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency that align with our luxury brand.
  3. Sales & Franchise Development:
    • Drive sales initiatives with a focus on expanding our franchise model.
    • Identify and engage potential franchise partners, with a particular emphasis on Central Asia and other strategic markets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring adherence to our brand standards.
  4. Marketing & Strategy:
    • Development and execution of marketing strategies, with a focus on international Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
    • Cultivate and expand partnerships with key international stakeholders, particularly within the Central Asian market.
  5. International Expansion:
    • Explore opportunities for collaboration with foreign franchisees, particularly in Central Asia.
    • Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow our presence in target markets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment, with a strong focus on guest relations and business development.
  • Business analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies
  • Experience working with international markets, with a preference for familiarity with Central Asia.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

We will rather wait for the right candidate but we hope that you can start around November 1st 2024.
