The position
This team is newly created after a major reorganisation, and your first task will be to ensure a smooth merging process for your employees coming from different teams into one. Your team is multidisciplinary, covering data-science, planning, forecasting, batch requests and equipment capacity analysis. The purpose of your team is to ensure continuous improvement across our 7 QC laboratories in the VP area.

About the department
Your team will be part of the AMSAT Quality Control area that is based in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg. Here we are app. 500 colleagues who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes.
