The Position

As a Manager for the Business Support team in API MSAT, you will lead a team of highly engaged and skilled professionals, achieving the organization’s goals through business support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of 7-10 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and open working environment.
• Business Support: Guide the team in delivering high-quality and tailored business support to our colleagues in API MSAT, overseeing aspects such as training, Lean, quality, facility management, and organizational projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders across different locations and levels. The team works cross-organizationally, emphasizing the importance of understanding the business area broadly.
• Talent Development: Supervise and develop the team to ensure an engaging and motivating atmosphere, promoting team spirit and collaboration.

In this role, you will be part of a leadership team and participate in various groups to ensure continued development, alignment, support, and goal-setting for your team. You will ensure adherence to Novo Nordisk’s policies and best practices, fostering continuous alignment and communication within the team. Your leadership will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives and maintaining high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in leading an expert team and navigating the complexities of manufacturing processes and organizational structures. The ideal candidate will have:

• An academic background in engineering, business, social science, or other related fields.
• Proven experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives, with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and cooperate across the organization.
• Experience in Lean, Quality, or Trainings is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous, along with familiarity with data systems, analytics, and organizational studies.

About the Department

The job is within the PS API MSAT Business Support department, located in Bagsværd. Our team provides essential services and assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of MSAT. You will lead the team responsible for Business Support. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on stakeholder management, innovation, and excellence.
