Are you a strategic thinker, structured and with exceptional execution and communication skills? We are looking for an experienced, proactive, highly efficient and solution-oriented Head of CEO Office to join our dynamic open-enrolment courses and consultancy firm. With four locations worldwide, 100 employees, and a network of 200 associates.

 

Position Overview:

As the Head of CEO Office, you will be the right-hand person to our CEO, ensuring that the executive office runs smoothly and effectively. This is a unique role that offers a blend of high-level coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic project leadership. You will work closely with leaders and employees across the organization, support sales efforts and help drive our strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support & Coordination:
  • Provide seamless coordination and support to the CEO in managing day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize board meetings, ensuring high-quality documentation, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Strategic Project Leadership:
  • Drive selected strategic projects across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key milestones and deliverables.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company targets and providing regular updates to the CEO and board.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, representing the CEO and the whole organisation.
  • Support the CEO in building alignment and engagement with strategic partners, clients, and associates across our international offices.
  • Communication:
  • Act as a primary point of communication for internal and external stakeholders in relation to the CEO.
  • Draft and edit presentations, reports, and executive communications in both Danish and English. As well as more public communication.

 

Qualifications:

  • Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in both Danish and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.

 

Skills:

  • Proven organizational and coordination abilities, with experience in preparing board presentations and executive-level documents.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a background in interfacing effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, with an analytical mindset and strategic approach.

  • Proactive, structured and self-motivated, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative and culturally adaptable, with an enthusiasm for working in a relatively flat organisation with lots of ambitions and a will to try to make a positive difference in the world
