The position
As a Manufacturing Intelligence Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues that arise during the manufacturing process. You will work closely with production teams to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that production targets are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas where efficiency can be improved and implementing solutions to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving manufacturing operations.
Your main tasks will include –
• Working with modelling software.
• Contribute to mapping complex process and translating it into models.
• Analyze input from production shopfloor, identify the barriers to change, and developed creative solutions in models.
• Teaching others on different levels.
• Will have a central role in the future production planning and logistics team.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• A flair for IT and willing to learn new software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and preferable production shopfloor experience.
• You possess previous experience in utilizing modeling software and contributing to the mapping of intricate processes by converting them into models.
• You can communicate effectively in English, written and oral, advantageous if you can understand Danish.
On a personal level, you exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Additionally, you possess the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
About the department
The Manufacturing Intelligence Engineer role is part of our 25L project and future operational department. We are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
