The position
As a Market Access Engagement Associate Director, you will identify, test and institutionalise new access models to form a future pillar of the company’s commercialisation approach. You will also lead communication of market access and pricing related matters to a variety of external stakeholders. In all activities, the role will work closely with the market access and pricing matrix organisation and cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing organisational expertise and drive impact via broad and effective collaboration Your main responsibilities will be: Define the vision and direction for market access innovation to deliver business results for the future. Prepare impactful external engagement content and provide direction for Novo Nordisk advocacy on access related themes Integrate external trends and requirements into relevant internal ways of working Deliver thought-leadership and representation in external fora Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: MSc in Business, International Management, Health Policy or similar. 8+ years of market access experience. Experience from both strategic and operational market access roles preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high degree of proactivity, ambition, and personal drive. Fluency in written and spoken English. About the department Market Access Excellence & Engagement is a centre-of-excellence department in the global matrix market access & pricing function. The team is internally responsible for leading market access and pricing capability building, functional development & community. Externally, the team leads strategy and content for market access and pricing policy, stakeholder engagement and future payer partnerships.
