The position
In the role of Market Access Excellence Lead at Novo Nordisk, you'll be responsible for identifying internal and external requirements to the market access and pricing teams. Your focus will involve strategizing actions to build the capability and community for current business impact and future readiness. Leveraging the organization's existing expertise, you will drive interventions which increase functional impact, supports best-practice sharing across the organisation and ensure ongoing alignment with industry standards, thus upholding our commitment to a best-in-class market access function.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Drive the global market access excellence roadmap definition and implementation.
Lead functional community and network activities.
Deliver capability building initiatives.
Ensure efficient and compliant process management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
A master’s degree in business, Health Policy, Social Science, or a similar field.
5+ years of market access experience.
Experience from both strategic and operational market access roles preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high degree of proactivity, ambition, and personal drive.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
About the department
Market Access Excellence & Engagement is a centre-of-excellence department in the global matrix market access & pricing function. The team is internally responsible for leading market access and pricing capability building, functional development & community. Externally, the team leads strategy and content for market access and pricing policy, stakeholder engagement and future payer partnerships.
