Join a new and international team
In Consumer & Market Intelligence, we are 6 colleagues from the US, Australia, Malaysia, Germany and Denmark. Together, we are responsible for ensuring a data-driven culture across ECCO, assisting the business with insights, information and reports on the market, our products, competitors, and consumers.
We work with Scrum, where the team is empowered to work in an agile, collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. We also don't hesitate to celebrate small wins, especially when we achieve our sprint goals or have had a productive sprint.
Market intelligence with a consumer focus
You will be consumer-focused as you direct, assist, and collaborate with the other team members and key stakeholders across the business on developing insights and recommendations for ECCO’s decision-making process.
You will be an integral part of key business processes by supporting decision-makers with crucial insights and recommendations in a timely manner. You will also ensure that the organization is continuously up to date on the market, industry, competitor, and consumer landscape. Furthermore, you will be included in ad-hoc projects in collaboration with different functional areas throughout the ECCO Group.

Your new team itself is evolving as part of our Data & AI department, which is steadily changing the way we work in ECCO. So, plenty of new initiatives are taking their first steps, which creates a great environment for learning, taking ownership and gaining responsibility.
