The position
As Market Intelligence Lead in this newly established role, you will focus on developing a novel supply market intelligence program for our category management teams within direct sourcing.
We expect the supply market intelligence offering will consist of primary research conducted by our Global Business Services team and secondary research sourced from external agencies and market reports.
You will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
Additionally, independent research will be conducted by you in areas requiring in-depth market understanding. The process for obtaining supply market intelligence have not yet been fully defined, and you will have a significant impact on the design of the final layout.

It would be considered as an advantage if you have experience in procurement or bring expertise from the pharmaceutical or the healthcare industry.
As a person, you naturally take responsibility for driving market intelligence projects and processes forward, interacting with stakeholders across a complex stakeholder landscape. You have exceptional research skills, challenging the status quo and promoting alternative solutions. You are a natural anchor point in the department, and your colleagues will naturally turn to you for guidance and advice. You communicate clearly and concisely and are comfortable in giving presentations, impacting decision-making through clear recommendations, based on solid data and analysis. Additionally, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a ‘can-do attitude’ and always act as a team player.
About the department
The SSN CoE department is part of Global Strategic Outsourcing & Devices function located in Høje Tåstrup, Denmark. We have the global direct spend responsibility managing a network of outsourced partnerships for Product Supply.
Our SSN CoE department is dynamic and diverse team of specialists in strategy, sourcing and negotiation with members from multiple nationalities and backgrounds.
