Market Procurement Leads - Netherlands and Benelux

Join our Group Procurement function at Royal Unibrew as a Market Procurement Lead, where you can make a significant impact on our operations in the Netherlands and Benelux. We have three distinct roles available, each focusing on specific procurement categories:
- Raw Materials and Packaging
- Logistics and Procurement Projects
- Indirect - Business Services and Marketing/Commercial.

A Bit About the Role(s):
These three positions offer a unique opportunity to shape and expand our procurement capabilities in the local market. As a Market Procurement Lead, you will report to the Procurement Director for Netherlands, Benelux, Italy, and France. You will be working closely with the Group Category Manager for the respective categories, while you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, negotiations of local categories, driving supplier performance, risk and governance, and supporting sustainability initiatives. This role is based in our office in Bunnik, Netherlands, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities & Primary Tasks:
Raw Materials and Packaging:
Category Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for locally managed spend, aligning with group and market requirements.
Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, annual budget process, and efficiency pipeline development.
Sustainability: Contribute to sustainability assessments and support Co2E reporting and action plans.
Supplier Performance: Drive supplier performance management and establish collaboration plans.
Process Optimization: Partner with markets to identify process optimization and cost efficiency projects.
Strategic Projects: Support strategic projects, business integration, cross-country sourcing initiatives, and global partnership opportunities.
Collaboration: Develop close collaboration with group category managers for packaging and raw materials.
Logistics and Procurement Projects
Logistics Strategy: Execute logistics and warehousing strategies, supporting group sourcing activities in line with customer service, cost efficiency, and service objectives.
Financial Reporting: Support financial reporting, annual budget process, and cost-to-serve guidelines development.
Sustainability: Contribute to sustainability assessments and support Co2E reporting for markets.
Supplier Performance: Drive supplier performance management, including KPI design for SLAs, truck utilization, inventory, and cost to serve.
Process Optimization: Partner with markets to streamline processes, including pallet returns and rate updates in SAP.
Strategic Projects: Support strategic projects, business integration, cross-country sourcing initiatives, and global partnership opportunities.
Collaboration: Develop close collaboration with group category manager for logistics.
Indirect - Business Services and Marketing/Commercial
Categories: Manage categories including HR and professional services, facilities & real estate, marketing categories, and commercial spend.
Category Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for locally managed spend, aligning with group and market requirements.
Financial Reporting: Support financial reporting, annual budget process, and value creation tracking.
Supplier Performance: Drive supplier performance management and establish collaboration plans for supply agility and resilience.
Supplier Base: Actively manage and develop the supplier base, focusing on consolidation and development.
Process Optimization: Partner with markets to identify process optimization and cost efficiency projects.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a solution-oriented approach and strong analytical and negotiation skills. You should possess a strong aptitude for risk management to enhance supply resilience. Additionally, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree: Professional CIPS qualification or similar is a plus.
Experience: 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and risk management skills. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of procurement processes, and procurement tools, including commodity management.
Project Management: Strong project and change management skills, with a history of initiating and embedding improvements.
