We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to fuel our go-to-market. You'll manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) workflows, build automation flows, and have the opportunity to shape scalable processes while executing key campaigns that drive growth.

Execution-Focused: Hands-on ability to set up and optimize CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) automation workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer journeys. Executes with founder supervision, thrives in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment.
Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation or a similar hands-on role. Exposure to both marketing campaigns and sales processes (e.g., lead scoring, pipeline management). Familiarity with managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Tech-Skilled: Strong technical expertise in HubSpot, marketing automation, and CRM tools. Comfortable with troubleshooting, data management, and ensuring workflows and integrations are running smoothly. Knowledge of lead generation tactics and reporting analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
Startup Mindset: Adaptable, self-starter who can wear multiple hats and pivot as priorities change. Willing to tackle ad hoc tasks, learn new tools, and grow alongside the company.
"Grow as We Grow": Highlight how the role will evolve with the startup's growth: from executing HubSpot campaigns today to eventually owning larger marketing and sales operations strategies. Provide access to learning and development resources (certifications, online courses) to expand skills in RevOps, HubSpot mastery, or analytics.
Path to Leadership: The role could transition into a Marketing Operations Manager or Revenue Operations Lead as the company scales, allowing the candidate to shape processes and teams.
Collaborative culture: Flat hierarchy and high transparency, including two weekly status team meetings to stay aligned and connected.
Office-based culture: Approximately four days in the office per week - and flexibility to structure your day. Office based in Holte in Northern Copenhagen.
