Marketing & Design Specialist – Part-Time

The Opportunity

As a Marketing & Design Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening Candeno’s brand and communication. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Manager, People & Culture team, and Content Specialist to create and implement branding strategies that deliver meaningful results for both public entities and private companies.

What You’ll Do 
In this role, your tasks will include:

• Design & Content Creation
  • Developing visual materials like banners, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Creating engaging content for digital platforms, including animations.
  • Helping to develop and maintain Candeno’s visual identity.
• Branding & Communication
  • Collaborating on creative social media campaigns that reflect Candeno’s mission.
  • Writing and editing content for our website and marketing materials.
  • Supporting corporate branding projects with the Content Marketing Manager.
• Employer Branding
  • Creating materials for recruitment events that position Candeno as an attractive employer.
  • Contributing to internal branding efforts that strengthen our company culture.
• UI/UX Design
  • Contributing creative solutions to improve the user experience on our platforms.

You will take ownership of your own projects and have the flexibility to approach them in your own way – of course, with support when you need it. We trust you.

You’ll get an insight into how branding and communication work in practice and have the opportunity to spar with experienced colleagues, ensuring you are always developing.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings both creativity and structure to their work:

• Experience with Figma and familiarity with design tools (animation experience is a plus).
• A strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of current branding and social media trends.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week.
