Are you ready to set the marketing direction of a global leader in transport and logistics?

We seek a Marketing Manager to make an immediate impact in our growth-focused company in this fast-paced world of change within transport and logistics.

As our new Marketing Manager, you will join our global marketing team within the strategy & integration department in a global role working out of DSV headquarters in Denmark, you will play a key role in supporting and executing our corporate strategy with marketing.

In close dialogue with industry heads and divisional management you will be responsible for marketing of our many services and capabilities within these focused industries.

You will work with account-based marketing with a strong sales focus across a wide variety of channels and platforms on social media, website, programmatic advertising, search and e-mail automation. As well as supporting sales in doing fairs, events etc. to create attention for DSV, resulting in awareness, interest and quality leads for the business.

Your most important tasks

Align budgets and prioritize the marketing projects

Document and manage the marketing projects and all the stakeholders involved

Manage consultants and creative agencies on quality, cost and time

Ensure the deliverables of marketing projects are effectively rolled out and adopted by the organization

Activate DSV capabilities and services across communications channels such as SoMe, search, e-mail automation, website and paid advertisement.

Initiate, promote and actively manage and reuse best practise from countries

Ensure consistent sales material, presentations leaflets and maintain service catalogue

Continuously develop and suggest new activities that can move the needle in terms of sales and brand

Optimise campaigns and follow up on ROI

Supporting sales with events, presentations etc.

Key aspects about you

Have a keen interest in digital B2B account-based marketing

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and motivate all levels in the organization.

Experience with activation on social media, email automation, content marketing, web and search

Great stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross functional at all levels

Done campaigning on both owned, earned and paid media

Have a logical, analytical and structured approach to work

Convincing communicator and engaged collaborator

Self-driven and motivated by delivering great results

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Are solution oriented and not afraid to challenge the status quo

Your Qualifications to Succeed

BSc, MSc or similar in a related area with preferably 5-6 years of digital B2B marketing experience

Excellent written and oral English language skills (DSV corporate language)

Super-user in Microsoft Office

Good analytics skills in order to plan, execute and optimize campaigns

Experience with transport and logistics is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
