As the Marketing Project Manager at WALLHACK, you will play a central role in orchestrating the successful execution of our marketing initiatives. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on management, ensuring that every project—whether it’s a product launch, a branding campaign, or a community engagement—delivers impact and aligns seamlessly with our overall vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, and Ecommerce, to drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring consistency, quality, and results across our key markets.
You will be responsible for managing timelines, overseeing resources, and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization. This role requires an ability to balance creative ideas with analytical precision, delivering projects that engage, inspire, and drive measurable success. As a critical team member, you will be proactive in identifying areas for optimization, implementing workflow efficiencies, and upholding the high standards of the WALLHACK brand.
Campaign Management
Manage and streamline the workflow for key marketing campaigns according to the consumer calendar, working cross-functionally to align all teams.
Take full ownership of campaign processes, addressing roadblocks, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring strict adherence to delivery timelines.
Performance Measurement & Evaluation
Conduct impact assessments on incoming requests to ensure alignment with WALLHACK’s strategic business and marketing objectives, using these assessments to inform decision-making.
Monitor, track, and resolve campaign outcomes by managing dependencies, addressing conflicts, and overseeing critical path deliverables to ensure optimal results.
Impact and Prioritization
Develop and maintain a prioritization framework to evaluate projects weekly, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.
Lead weekly planning sessions and support long-range forecasting, proactively assessing risks and providing actionable solutions.
Partner with team leadership to tactically manage the day-to-day flow of projects, campaigns, and deliverables.
Facilitate weekly stand-up meetings with channel leads (e.g., web, email, advertising) to discuss active projects, creating agendas, and sending clear, concise recaps with actionable next steps.
Process Optimization
Guide requesters in providing clear, relevant, and actionable project information, streamlining intake and minimizing bottlenecks.
Develop and manage project intake forms, set realistic project timelines, and oversee task assignments and deadlines using project management software.
Event and Merchandise Coordination
Support the Creative Director in apparel production processes, ensuring a seamless workflow from design to delivery.
Drive the organization of offline events, such as pop-up events and trade fairs, handling logistics and ensuring successful execution that enhances the WALLHACK brand experience.
Creative Problem-Solving & Collaboration
Approach challenges with creativity and analytical rigor, actively fostering teamwork, innovation, and excellence within the marketing team.
Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively to achieve best-in-class solutions that support WALLHACK’s brand and business goals.
Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment, ideally within gaming, consumer electronics, or technology sectors.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
