Marketing Specialist - Nordic Team (Swedish or Finnish Native Speaker)

Are you passionate about B2B marketing and keen to make an impact in a leading IT services company? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Nordic marketing team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and our business units, shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

Your Role

As our new Marketing Specialist, you will play an active role in supporting our sales teams in reaching their business goals. You’ll be responsible for selected business areas and your key responsibilities will include:

Planning and executing marketing and communication activities

Managing marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives

Organizing customer events and supporting brand positioning

Collaborating with colleagues and external partners across the Nordics and globally

Ad-hoc tasks

You will be based in our Copenhagen office in Valby, working within an informal and inclusive culture where teamwork and support are key to our success. Some travel within the Nordic region is expected as our events and activities are executed all over the region.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong personal drive and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment enjoying working across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, events, social media, and branding.

The ideal candidate has

2-3 years of B2B marketing experience from an in-house marketing department or a marketing agency

A master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field

Swedish or Finnish as a native language and professional fluency in English

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels

A structured and proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset

Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and marketing platforms like HubSpot, SAP CRM, WordPress, or similar tools

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other editing software (experience with video and image editing is a plus)
