Master Data Specialist

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist for our client in the Pharma Industry.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience in analyzing business contexts and master data requirements
• Experience with master data setup and management
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
• Experience in Supply Chain
• Experience in SAP solutions
• Experience from the pharma industry
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Business context analysis: understand the business context and specific master data requirements at each site
• Master data setup: ensure the correct setup of relevant master data in the solution
• Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with Digital SC Master data to gather LoB requirements, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements
• Migration support: assist the WareX product analysts in MD related efforts during projects
• Tool utilization: Participate in testing and development of new tools to mass create or change master data
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with site-specific stakeholders, e.g., LoB MD Stewards to gather requirements and address concerns
• Documentation: create and maintain a standard MD approach in WareX deployments
• Issue resolution: identify and resolve data-related issues
