To support our global growth and enhance operational excellence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Master Data Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
About the Role
As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing master data across our global operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance, enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless business processes.
SSI Diagnostica Group is currently implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) within our global operations and finance organizations. You will therefore have the opportunity to join the development of the Global Master Data team from the beginning.
The job is based at the headquarters in Hillerød, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, Maintain, manage, and optimize master data within Microsoft D365 F&O across global entities.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and processes to ensure high-quality, accurate, and compliant master data.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including IT, finance, supply chain, R&D and operations teams, to identify and address data needs.
• Lead and support data migration, integration, and system upgrade projects.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues and ensure data consistency across all regions.
• Provide training and support on master data management best practices and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Microsoft D365 F&O to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on master data management.
• Proven experience in global master data governance and large-scale data migration.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data structures, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
• Fluent in English and Danish; knowledge of Chinese or additional languages are a plus.
