Maternity Cover - Customer Care Specialist

For our Customer Care Team in Middelfart, we are searching for a customer care specialist to join our team for a one-year maternity cover.

You will be a part of the Coffee Solution team and work within the B2B segment. Here, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, not just locally, but across JDE. As a person, we see that you are Structured, and teamplayer, Further, you take responsibility for your tasks, and have a natural curiosity in learning and developing.

Key Responsibilities

• Central role in customer interaction & satisfaction.
• Handling of customer inquiries & complaints.
• Handling phone calls and supporting our customer request.
• Collaborate across departments.
• Dashboard work, monitoring and work assignments.
• Machine master data

We do not expect you to possess all qualifications, but we value the right personality and cultural fit.

Your Profile

• Office or master data educations
• At least 1 year of experience from a similar role
• Structured, and results- oriented mindset
• Communication skills in Danish and English
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
