The Role: 
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 5 Class Teacher who is passionate about hands-on, STEM-focused learning. The ideal candidate excels in differentiation, understands children’s individual needs, and fosters an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Teach the Year 5 curriculum with a focus on academic excellence and student engagement. 
• Create interactive, hands-on lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of a diverse group of students. 
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated. 
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular learning opportunities. 
• Support school events and activities that enrich the students’ educational experience. 

Qualifications and skills: 

• A teaching degree or relevant qualifications in education. 
• Experience teaching primary or secondary school students, preferably in an international or multicultural setting. 
• Proficiency in English; (French or German language skills are a plus). 
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a structured yet compassionate learning environment. 
• An individual with a drive to stay up to date with best teaching practices. 
• An adaptable individual who can navigate and excel in a dynamic and evolving school environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
