About the role:
Maverick is a dynamic business unit specializing in products and solutions within the AV space, focusing on collaboration, smart meetings, and signage solutions.
As Maverick Business Unit Manager you will have full ownership of the development and execution of the Business Unit strategy, value proposition and go-to-market.
You will play an important role and be responsible for planning and orchestrating all necessary go to market activities with multiple disciplines such as sales, marketing, vendor relations as well as having the full Nordic P&L responsibility for the business unit. In addition, you will be part of the EMEA management team and will as such play an important role in GCC on various levels.
What you'll do:
Lead the overall development and execution of the Business Unit strategy and operating plan
Leading a team of experienced and highly capable colleagues across the Nordic countries
Total Profit and Loss ownership: understand, influence and achieve
Overall responsible for the development and management of vendor business plans
Identify market growth opportunities and build plans to capitalize on them
Development of key channel relationships
Foster best in class collaboration between the business unit and other key internal department, namely sales, operations, procurement etc.
What we're kindly looking for:
Good leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Fluent in Swedish/Danish and English
High commercial and business acumen
Decision-making with excellent judgment.
Experience with PRO AV or adjoining products/solutions
