SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the wind industry.

Location: Middle Jutland, onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Relevant educational background within mechanical design engineering
• Strong experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Experienced with lifting operations and tagline systems through mechanical design (practical experience would be an advantage but not necessary)
• Experienced with mechanical/machinery design concepts
• Sound knowledge within structural calculations and rigging calculations
• Familiar with Marine Engineering and vessels and heavy duty cranes
• Technical Lead and project managements/stakeholder alignment skills
• Familiar with Siemens NX and Teamcenter is an advantage
• Strong English skills - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• lifting operations and tagline systems through mechanical design
• Mechanical/machinery design concepts
• Conduct structural calculations and rigging calculations
• Be the technical lead
