Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project within the wind industry.

 

Location: Northern part of Jutland, onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine ,Electro mechanical etc)
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, industrial manufacturing or renewable energy
• Previous experience in Lifting and Handling equipment especially Transportation and Turning equipment's for heavy components
• You are a team-oriented person, securing all deliverables to the highest quality standard
• Structured mindset, with specific attention to details
• Capable of propelling technical projects across departments and cultures, and meeting deadlines
• Capable of solving problems by using relevant methods and tools with a "hands-on" approach
• Risk assessment by using relevant FMEA tools
• Ability to work with complex solution covering tools, processes, and materials
• Knowledge on EN13155, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC & other global standards
• Industrialization and project management experience
• Ability to work successfully with a team daily in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Able to start right away
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• To define and create the specifications (PRS) of the needed tools and machinery for the blade manufacturing process
• To follow up the procurement process, commissioning, and validation (FAT, SAT) of the equipment
• To hand over (TOC) the equipment to the blade manufacturing plant and support the plant afterwards
• To follow up the installation of new machinery in the factory following the SGRE global standards
