Merchant Integrations Specialist

As a Merchant Integrations Specialist you will be working with both restaurant and retail partners with a specific focus on the more technical aspects of our business, such as maintaining and troubleshooting integrations to both existing and coming Wolt partners (Wolt Platform and Wolt Drive). We consider you a master communicator with the ability to explain and pass on knowledge both internally and externally. You will be sharing knowledge and information with your relevant Wolt-colleagues, while continuously staying up to date with all new product-updates from our central integrations team. Alongside this, you will also act as the primary point of contact to our centralized Technical Account Management/Software Engineer teams. You will be an instrumental part of maintaining and building upon a solid foundation for our integrated merchants on the platform, as well as identifying and solving complex issues, optimizing our workflows and applying a more proactive approach, rather than reactive. In all of this, we’re looking for a person who’s excellent at stakeholder management and building bridges to both new and existing partners. The role requires you to build a general understanding of how Wolt works with middleware and point-of-sales providers, as well as how to handle these from a strategic commercial perspective.

The role does not require any skills or background in coding or development. Rather we’re looking for an individual with a strong technical and systemic understanding, as well as experience with stakeholder management.

To sum everything up, you will be an instrumental part of creating long lasting relationships with our merchants by applying your technical know-how in our daily merchant operations.

• You will be the primary point of contact for everything integrations related, both internally and externally. You will be our in-house expert
• Convincing both existing and future partners, and middleware/point-of-sales providers, that integrations are great from a technical and commercial perspective.
• Document all of our processes related to integrations in order to maintain high standards, and to create a solid foundation for all future collaborations.
• Share knowledge and best practices with relevant Wolt teams, in order to create a more effective and efficient operation.
• Act as the point of contact for POS-companies and Middleware-providers, and be the direct responsible individual for developing and securing long lasting external partnerships. 
• Increasing integration adoption through onboarding campaigns and direct reach outs to relevant external partners.
• Defining best practices for issue handling and support, and making sure your colleagues meet the expectations.

• Tech-savvy self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
• Advanced knowledge and understanding when it comes to technical solutions and implementation flows.
• Fluent in English to be able to both communicate with partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders. Being able to speak and write Danish is a plus, but not necessary to succeed in this role.
• Experience with stakeholder management and sales is a big plus.
• Experience in tech support, administration, coordination, account management, tech or similar roles is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience.
• Ability to organize your own work, prioritize your tasks, work independently and keep a high pace as the key player, when it comes to integrations.
• Curious about how things work, and how to constantly optimize both partner and user experiences.
