Mobile Core Engineer – Subscriber Data Management

In my team we are responsible for the design of mobile services in the Core Network and handle the life cycle management of services and platforms towards the Core vendor.
You will be part of a newly created organization in Telia Mobil Danmark responsible for the mobile network. You will have the chance to work with new mobile technologies including Cloud based deployments.
Main tasks:
Take important role in introduction of a new futureproof SDM platform
Be the main stakeholder in coordination of integration and migration of SIM cards
Monitor the performance of the platform and services
Perform regular security reviews of the platform and accesses
Cooperate and follow up with our Core platform vendor – and of course the whole team working with the customers and architecture in the forefront of mobile technologies.
Who are you?
You possess good communication and coordination skills. You work in a structured way, and you have a drive and to make things happen. You are probably today a Mobile Core Engineer by a mobile operator working with Core design of mobile services and features, and you are used to a lot of interaction with internal stakeholders and Mobile Core vendors.
Technical education, e.g. Engineer to University level degree or similar telecoms education
Mobile Core Network experience - knowledge of different mobile technologies, architecture, functions, standardized interfaces and protocols
Experience with the design of mobile subscriber registers, HLR/HSS/UDM. Experience with SIM card profiles and insertion of new SIM cards into the registers
English written and spoken
