The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the product manager to develop and manage strategies that drive monetization in our app (encourage users to make in-app purchases)
• Analyse and define strategies to increase player conversion, in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU)
• Manage a LiveOps Calendar with Monetization events throughout the year
• Operate, analyse and monitor in-app actions (pop-ups and push notifications) within our portfolio
• Work with the team to drive monetization strategies, increase efficiency and revenue, develop promotional strategies, identify opportunities and provide monetization reporting
• Running A/B tests to optimise conversion
• Consistently play our apps and competitor apps to discover new ways to monetize
• Work closely with the team to stay alert of all the upcoming improvements in the apps

• Significant knowledge and experience in the mobile application industry
• Result-driven
• Strong analytical skills
• Curiosity, autonomy and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Perfectly fluent in English to effectively liaise the stakeholders of the region
• Dynamic, creative marketing and with ambition
