Carlton Guldsmeden is part of Guldsmeden Hotels and is one hotel among 5 hotels located in Copenhagen. Carlton Guldsmeden has 74 rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare our signature Guldsmeden breakfast, ensuring everything is ready by 7 AM.
- Oversee stock levels and manage the replacement of groceries to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Coordinate deliveries from suppliers, ensuring all ordered items arrive on time.
- Oversee food preparation for our hotel conference events.
- Engage with our lovely guests each morning, providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule using Planday.
- Lead and support the kitchen team, collaborating with other Guldsmeden employees to uphold our high breakfast buffet standards and innovate new ideas.
- Maintain a high quality of cleaning and live up to all regulations provided by Fødevarekontrollen
Qualifications:
It is a plus if you have:
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on guest service.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with staff scheduling and team leadership.
- To work independently as during low season just one person is enough to prepare the breakfast
