Who are we?

At mother, we bring the heart of Italy to Copenhagen with our signature sourdough pizzas, baked to perfection in a Neapolitan wood-fired oven. Since 2010, we’ve been a beloved destination for those who value high-quality, organic ingredients served in a warm, lively atmosphere.

We’re excited to open our second restaurant, Mother city, a fast-paced sourdough pizzeria in central Copenhagen, launching in April 2025. As part of the Sovino Group, we stay true to simple, honest flavours and a welcoming environment.

Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for a bartender who thrives in a vibrant setting and takes pride in crafting delicious drinks while providing outstanding service. As a key part of the Mother team, you’ll set the tone behind the bar, ensuring guests enjoy expertly prepared drinks in a warm and lively atmosphere. If you’re passionate about mixology, Italian wine, and top-tier hospitality, we’d love to have you on board!

Your role will include:

• Mixing and serving high-quality cocktails and other beverages with enthusiasm.
• Engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and creating a welcoming bar experience.
• Ensuring consistency and excellence in every drink prepared.
• Managing stock, keeping the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Working closely with the floor staff to ensure seamless service.
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards behind the bar.
