Who are we?

At Mother, we bring the heart of Italy to Copenhagen with our signature sourdough pizzas, baked to perfection in a Neapolitan wood-fired oven. Since 2010, we’ve been a beloved destination for those who value high-quality, organic ingredients served in a warm, lively atmosphere.

We’re excited to open our second restaurant, Mother City, a fast-paced sourdough pizzeria in central Copenhagen, launching in April 2025. As part of the Sovino Group, we stay true to simple, honest flavours and a welcoming environment.

Who are we looking for?
Are you a passionate Pizzaiolo who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Mother, a new sourdough pizzeria in central Copenhagen, is looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team. If you enjoy working in a lively, customer-facing open kitchen and can handle a high volume of orders, we want to hear from you! 

Your role will include:

• Prepare and manage sourdough pizza dough and all mise en place.

• Open, stretch, and bake pizzas to our high standards.

• Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

• Monitor and manage food stock to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Collaborate with kitchen colleagues who prepare antipasti, bruschetta, and daily specials.

• Proven experience in a high-volume pizza kitchen, preferably with Neapolitan-style pizza.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.

• Willingness to work both morning and evening shifts across our 7-day schedule.

• Strong communication skills - we work in English, though Danish is a plus
