Who are we?

At Mother, we bring the heart of Italy to Copenhagen with our signature sourdough pizzas, baked to perfection in a Neapolitan wood-fired oven. Since 2010, we’ve been a beloved destination for those who value high-quality, organic ingredients served in a warm, lively atmosphere.

We’re excited to open our second restaurant, Mother City, a fast-paced sourdough pizzeria in central Copenhagen, launching in April 2025. As part of the Sovino Group, we stay true to simple, honest flavours and a welcoming environment.

We’re looking for a service-minded waiter who thrives in a vibrant setting and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. As the face of Mother, you’ll ensure every guest feels welcome while delivering top-notch service with enthusiasm. If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine, enjoy working in a dynamic team, and excel in hospitality, we want you on board!

This includes:

• Providing attentive service that makes guests feel at home.

• Sharing your enthusiasm for Italian food and drinks, guiding guests through our menu.

• Keeping service running smoothly, from taking orders to delivering dishes with efficiency.

• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in your work area.
