Who are we?

At Mother, we bring the heart of Italy to Copenhagen with our signature sourdough pizzas, baked to perfection in a Neapolitan wood-fired oven. Since 2010, we’ve been a beloved destination for those who value high-quality, organic ingredients served in a warm, lively atmosphere.

We’re excited to open our second restaurant, Mother City, a fast-paced sourdough pizzeria in central Copenhagen, launching in April 2025. As part of the Sovino Group, we stay true to simple, honest flavours and a welcoming environment.

Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and is passionate about authentic Italian cuisine. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every dish we serve is made with precision, care, and top-quality ingredients. If you love cooking, enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, and are eager to develop your skills, we’d love to have you on board!

Your role will include:

• Preparing high-quality Italian dishes, from wood-fired pizzas to fresh handmade pasta and seasonal specials.
• Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Working efficiently under pressure in a high-energy kitchen environment.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain smooth and timely service.
• Upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assisting with stock management and ensuring the kitchen is always organised and well-maintained.
