The position
As a leader in a newly established department, you will oversee quality requirements for technical product transfer and lab methods. You'll demonstrate high subject matter knowledge and be re-sponsible for setting directions and delivering results within and outside the unit, often handling complex tasks with few defined procedures in place. Your role will require the ability to offer support, provide a choice between known alternatives, and evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for participating in project meetings, developing quali-ty oversight strategy, and interacting with site staff and corporate MSAT team members. You'll also oversee GMP-related projects and workshops, take part in audits and inspections, and support new site integration.
As the area is just starting to materialise and still small expect responsibilities to shift and that you will have to also review and approve cases, documents, protocols and reports.

About the department
You will join the Brownfield Site Integration department, where we focus on integrating acquired sites into Novo Nordisk’s quality systems, while securing both current business and expansions. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining high-quality standards across all sites. We are based in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with various stake-holders to achieve our goals.
